WINDI Publishing House is building the Pre-AI Governance Layer for institutional workflows. Every enterprise is adopting AI, but nobody is governing it. The EU AI Act begins enforcement in August 2026 with fines up to €35M per violation — and most enterprises are completely unprepared.
WINDI sits between AI tools and institutional decisions, ensuring every AI-assisted process is auditable, compliant, and tamper-proof — without ever accessing sensitive data. Our zero-knowledge architecture means clients keep their data while WINDI provides the governance protocol.

We are raising €1M in seed funding for 24 months of runway. Allocation: 40% Engineering (CTO hire + platform hardening), 25% Go-to-Market (DACH enterprise sales), 20% Compliance (EU AI Act certifications), 15% Operations (infrastructure + legal).
24-month goals: 5 enterprise pilots → €300K ARR → EU AI Act certification → Series A ready.
WINDI is not a prototype. All systems are live on German servers (Strato, Germany) with full data sovereignty.
WINDI operates under 9 immutable governance rules. These cannot be overridden by any user, AI system, or business requirement.
